1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SanghaConnect mobile application, website (sanghaconnect.com), APIs, or related community services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the platform.

SanghaConnect is founded on the principles of truthfulness (Satya), respect, and conscious living. All participants—whether seekers, freelancers, ashrams, or enterprise founders—commit to the following:

3. Sacred Seva (Volunteer) Protection Policy

The SanghaConnect Volunteer (Seva) Board is established as a sacred community space to support spiritual ashrams, temples, ecological restoration, and charitable community projects:

• Non-Commercialization: No fee may be charged to seekers for participating in verified volunteer seva.
• No Disguised Commercial Labor: For-profit entities may not post unpaid commercial roles on the Volunteer Board under the guise of seva. Commercial roles must be posted through legitimate tri-modal compensation listings (Full-time CTC, Freelance Contract, or Hosted Living).

4. Accounts, Authentication & Google OAuth

When registering via Google Sign-In or other supported authentication methods, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach affecting your account.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain full ownership of all text, portfolios, testimonials, and media you publish on SanghaConnect. By publishing, you grant SanghaConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and present your profile content within the platform for the sole purpose of facilitating candidate-employer connections.

All platform interfaces, proprietary algorithms, design tokens, logos, and brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of SanghaConnect.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time within the mobile app or by contacting connect.sangha@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach community safety, violate ethical seva guidelines, or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

SanghaConnect acts as a curated introduction platform. While we conduct community verification, each employer and seeker is responsible for conducting their own formal due diligence, legal agreements, and contract executions. SanghaConnect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
