Welcome to SanghaConnect (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a platform dedicated to matching spiritual practitioners and seekers with conscious employers, ashrams, and sacred seva opportunities. We respect your privacy and are committed to treating personal and practice-related information with reverence, dignity, and absolute transparency.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which SanghaConnect collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the SanghaConnect mobile application, website (sanghaconnect.com), and related services.

SanghaConnect’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• No Advertising: We never use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, personalized promotions, or retargeting.
• No Data Selling or Brokering: We never sell, lease, or license Google user data to data brokers, advertising networks, or unaffiliated third parties.
• No AI Model Training on Private Data: We do not use your private personal communications or Google account data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Minimal Access: Only human personnel with verified operational needs (such as resolving account access or investigating security incidents) may view account data under strict audit trails.

Your account data and authentication credentials are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest (AES-256).

Authentication credentials and application records are securely managed within enterprise-grade encrypted cloud infrastructure enforcing strict tenant-isolated access control policies. Only you and authorized parties you explicitly designate can access your private account information.

5. Sacred Seva (Volunteer) Ethical Protection

The SanghaConnect Volunteer (Seva) Board is strictly unmonetized and isolated from commercial data extraction. Information shared for volunteer seva opportunities at ashrams, retreats, or charitable initiatives is never bundled, sold, or shared with commercial recruiters.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You hold total sovereignty over your data at all times:

• Right to Access: You may request an export of all personal and practitioner data associated with your account.
• Right to Rectification: You can edit or update your profile details directly within the SanghaConnect mobile app.
• Right to Complete Erasure (Deletion): You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated records at any time by navigating to Settings → Delete Account in the app or by sending an email with the subject “Data Deletion Request” to connect.sangha@gmail.com. Upon receipt, all account data, auth identifiers, and associated listings will be permanently purged within 30 days.
